Specific Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will report into the Executive Vice President of LF Sourcing - Loyaltex.


  • Assist in managing the Executive Vice President’s calendar and appointments.
  • Help with scheduling and organizing meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, etc., as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating and planning luncheons and other events as needed.
  • Help prepare agendas and distribute information and/or invitations. 
  • Assist with preparation and modification of visual presentations.
  • Perform various administrative/clerical duties such as maintaining supplies, updating directories, faxing, copying, and filing.
  • Assist the Executive Vice President with following up on action items from meetings.
  • Assist the Executive Vice President’s direct reports with travel plans and expenses.
  • Scan and track contracts.

  • Assist EVP and Design VP with customer meeting notes and communications

Skills and Requirements

  • Recent College Graduate
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, meeting planning coordination and project management skills
  • Organized, independent, and self-motivated with a team-player attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be mature and able to handle confidential business information in a secure manner
