The Administrative Assistant will report into the Executive Vice President of LF Sourcing - Loyaltex.
Assist in managing the Executive Vice President’s calendar and appointments.
Help with scheduling and organizing meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, etc., as needed.
Assist in coordinating and planning luncheons and other events as needed.
Help prepare agendas and distribute information and/or invitations.
Assist with preparation and modification of visual presentations.
Perform various administrative/clerical duties such as maintaining supplies, updating directories, faxing, copying, and filing.
Assist the Executive Vice President with following up on action items from meetings.
Assist the Executive Vice President’s direct reports with travel plans and expenses.
Scan and track contracts.
Assist EVP and Design VP with customer meeting notes and communications
