Specific Responsibilities

Digital Design Manager

Reporting to the Marketing Director the Digital Design Manager will inspire a team of digital designers, both internal and external, to produce creative output & continually innovate and evolve all areas of the digital presence of multiple Brands to the product level.

 

Responsibilities

- Cross functional role, working as a leader of both internal and external teams, to deliver online assets in a timely manner

- Manage a digital design team to produce high quality, brand consistent, online content

- Support development and oversee the execution of Branding strategy including brand voice for copy, photography, video & brand pages, and the online execution of agreed strategies

- Continually adopt understanding and experience gained over time from successful and innovative web sites and Brands (both on and off-line)

- Understand and interpret customer feedback through online reviews, competitor offerings to create retailer platform specific content

- Oversee lifestyle photoshoots and video production

- Oversee direction for CGI including studio selection, art directions and so on

Skills and Requirements

Skills

  • Understanding of technical specifications for multiple online retailer platforms including Wayfair & Amazon
  • Experience in best practices for digital content direction for mobile and web
  • Solid understanding of design principles, including page layout and colour, with an eye for detail
  • Experience taking a data-driven approach to design
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple Brands and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Focus on innovation in design and creative mediums
