LFB/US region is responsible for the sales within product categories of primary packaging, turnkey cosmetics, promotional packaging and instrumental beauty.
We are seeking a Manager, Customer Service in our New York office. The Customer/Sales Support Team provides both customer support as well as Operational support to the supply chain. The team is divided with two main focal points; one being on new development, and the other on reorder management. The New Product Development team works closely with Sales and Engineering Teams to ensure that development timelines remain on schedule, and with other various departments internationally to ensure execution of order fulfilment.
As a main point of contact for customers in regard to newly awarded business, this role requires excellent communication skills, and ability to problem-solve complex issues. This role’s responsibility is to work with multiple teams across the globe to ensure execution of order fulfilment within customer parameters and within budget. Advanced excel skills and project management experience will be used meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
