Responsible for providing professional support for Consumer needs including the handling of complaints, technical and commercial assistance.
Manage the Consumer complaint / inquiry files and database in compliance with company procedures and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Create monthly KPI reports for management review on trends.
Create, organize and submit product registrations and support international shipping of products from a registration and regulatory position.
Maintain a file history of said registrations.
Coordinate with Research & Development and Quality Assurance to obtain documents, specifications, approvals, letters; required for all technical correspondences.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or, regulatory environment or, data analysis and collection position.OR, an equivalent level of education and experience.
Must possess a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
WERCS Professional Services - a Plus
QAD ERP experience – a Plus
Must have a strong attention to detail and have the ability to read product specifications and formulations. Makes detailed observations, analyzes data, and interprets results.
Prioritize workload to insure all duties are met in a timely fashion.
Prepare and review written technical reports. Write reports, summaries, and protocols regarding experiments.
