  • Specific Responsibilities

    Multi functional role, reporting to Vice President. The ideal candidate will have order management experience and some level of Demand Planning/ Forecasting experience with an understanding of the import, sales and distribution of products via a domestic replenishment program through a third party logistics provider.

    e-Commerce and SCM Responsibilities:

    • Routinely perform item additions or maintenance in the company ERP
    • Recover and confirm EDI POs daily, including communication to customers of backorders
    • Route PO’s via customer portals within customers guidelines
    • Manage inventory in multiple domestic US warehouses, including planning and forecasting for initial buy quantities, for new launches, seasonal buys and reorders to maintain 98% fill rate.
    • Raise production purchase orders and forward to Overseas teams for placement with relevant suppliers. Thereafter manage inbound shipments and monitor lead times, fill rates and the expediting of orders.
    • Track inward Production PO’s & verify receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered. Resolve shipments errors with domestic warehouses and suppliers.
    • Prepare daily allocations and perform order drops to 3PL’s
    • Perform daily outward PO tracking activities including Confirm ship dates to customers and provide tracking #s when necessary. Regularly Review ship dates (on time and for compliance).
    • Generate set Daily & Weekly reports

    Skills and Requirements

    The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and business acumen, positive business influence skills, exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, and can navigate information from multiple data sources in a demanding environment.

    Must be detailed oriented, a problem solver, have strong Excel, written and communication skills.
