    LF Beauty is a global beauty supply chain leader with offerings for primary packaging, turnkey cosmetics, promotional packaging and Instrumental beauty tools. We operate in the Americas, Europe and Asia with primary manufacturing operations in Europe and Asia.


    LFB/US region is responsible for the sales within product categories of primary packaging, turnkey cosmetics, promotional packaging and instrumental beauty.


    The Customer/Sales Support Team provides both customer support as well as Operational support to the supply chain. The team is divided with two main focal points; one being on new development, and the other on reorder management. The Planning and Production branch of the Customer/Sales Support team is responsible for managing the fulfilment of reorders and regular business, maintaining the database of existing items and customers, margin control, and sales analysis.

    This role’s responsibility is to work with multiple teams across the globe to ensure execution of order fulfilment within customer parameters and within budget. This position will receive and process customer orders via multiple platforms including email, customer forecast sheets, and customer’s SAP vendor portals. This role will collaborate with overseas colleagues to manage shipment schedules and provide Operational support to ensure on-time delivery.

    • Build and maintain customer relationships through open communications and clear understanding of customer requirements.
    • Process orders and manage shipment schedules, including reacting to customer change requests and prioritizing customer orders for items using common production line.
    • Work with production management team overseas to evaluate production capacity and bottlenecks to evaluate the effect on shipment schedules.
    • Analyze customer forecasts to schedule production based on customer needs for accounts requiring Vendor Managed Inventory.
    • Maintain customer price lists and margin analysis for existing Items.
    • Manage existing customer account database and credit limit utilization.
    • Data reporting and analysis of customer sales history and open orders.
    • Order entry for new PO’s.
    • Quality rejection management of new items (liase with MR and engineers, return of goods, credits/chargebacks).
    • Work with Logistics team to plan International shipping within timing and budget.

    Skills and Requirements


    • Bachelors in business, Operations management, supply chain management
    • 4-6 years of experience in Customer Service/Order Tracking,
    • Outstanding communication skills and an ability to adjust communication needs to diverse cultures and styles (work extensively with Asia and European offices)
    • Strong analytical/planning skills, displays business acumen along with strong negotiation & advocacy skills
    • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
    • Packaging, promotional or beauty business experience preferred
    • Leadership and collaboration skills to coordinate a network of resources
